Do you do couch trades?

Yes, we do. Depending on if your couch meets our qualifications and how much we can offer for your couch. The trading process will consist of us delivering your new couch set and removing your old couch in one trip for a smooth transition.

how long can you hold a couch?

We typically hold couches for no more than 2 days. Anything after that, we will have to add a storing fee and that depends on how long you would like for us to hold.

Do you haul away old couches?

If your couch does not meet our qualifications to purchase, we can haul your couch for a fee depending on the size.

Delivery

  • Our delivery options services all of Las Vegas, NV. If you would like delivery outside of the city, additional rates may apply.

  • Deliveries are to be scheduled within two days of purchase. Anything longer will result in holding fees. (fees vary depending on time frame)

  • ​The day of delivery, you will receive a confirmation text with our estimated time frame window (30 min window).  If you are not home at the time of delivery, there will be a $99 fee applied.

  • Upon delivery, if the couch does not fit through your doorway and results to us taking it back. There will be a restocking fee surcharge of $99.

  • While we make every effort to provide high-quality pre-owned products, we are unable to guarantee the exact lifespan of the couch. We understand the importance of durability and want to be transparent about its pre-owned status. We recommend considering this information when making your purchase decision.

  •  We prioritize transparency for individuals with allergies. We take extensive measures to vacuum and deeply sanitize our products, particularly those for pet homes. However, we cannot guarantee complete absence of pet hair. To insure your satisfaction, we recommend visiting our store in person to personally inspect the couch before finalizing your decision.
